Out on Moreton Bay you can jet-ski, windsurf, water-ski or sail.. Snorkel in the shallow waters around Tangalooma on Moreton Island, as well as fish, whale watch, camp, and even toboggan down the sand dunes.

It's just a short drive from Boondall in to Brisbane. The laid-back city has something for everyone, with the Wheel of Brisbane giant ferris wheel at Southbank Parklands, Chinatown in Fortitude Valley, fantastic shopping in the CBD centred around Queen St Mall, and parks and markets all over the city and surrounds.

From Boondall it's just over an hour's drive to the Gold Coast, one of Australia's most popular tourist destinations with iconic beaches and massive theme parks. About the same distance north is the Sunshine Coast, with more theme parks and of course more beaches.
